U.S. regulatory status
Not FDA-approved. Reviewed by FDA’s advisory committee in 2024 and not eligible for compounding; the subject of ongoing litigation.
What it is
Ipamorelin mimics ghrelin to trigger growth hormone release. CJC-1295 is a modified GHRH analog; much of what is sold as CJC-1295 is chemically Modified GRF 1-29.
How it is thought to work
Together they press two different switches for growth hormone release.
Animations simplify biology for teaching. They are not a claim that this peptide works this way in people.
What the research shows
Small studies show rises in GH and IGF-1. There are no good long-term human trials on body composition, healing or aging.
Safety and considerations
Water retention, numbness, higher blood sugar and unknown long-term effects. Product identity is a real problem.
Our position
We reset expectations early: the popular stack sits in Tier 3.
