Farhan Tahir, MD, FACR, Dip. ABOM
Dr. Tahir is board certified in internal medicine, rheumatology, integrative medicine and obesity medicine. He earned his medical degree at Rawalpindi Medical College, completed his internal medicine residency at NYU Downtown Hospital and his rheumatology fellowship at the University of Michigan, where his interest in longevity and lifestyle medicine began.
Over more than 20 years he has practiced in academic, hospital, oncology, infusion, telemedicine and integrative settings. He founded Youthful Medicine to care for adults who feel underserved by conventional medicine, using a Four Quadrant Health Protocol built on the foundations of longevity.
